These hangers mount to the rear bumper bracket and use a muffler clamp to attach to the tail pipe. Muffler clamp not included. for use on ALL 1968-1969 Cutlass and W-31 models with dual exhaust and a non cutout bumper. For dual exhaust cars that do not use exhaust tips. These are made exactly like factory. Sold as a pair.
